The City of Syracuse, Utah is seeking competitive proposals for the acquisition of land located at 1150 South 1000 West, Clearfield, Utah (the “Property”), comprising approximately 12.237 acres. The Property is more specifically described in the RFP attached hereto. The Property is currently owned by Syracuse City Corporation, a municipality of the State of Utah. The City Council of Syracuse City has determined that the land is no longer needed for current or future operations of the City, and has authorized the sale of the Property to the person or entity that submits the most advantageous proposal for the City.
