The 1200 South Road Project consists of:
Installation of approximately 1800 LF of 30” Curb & Gutter
Installation of approximately 54000 SF of Asphalt
The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined or obtained at the following locations:
1. An electronic set of plans can be emailed upon request by contacting the Syracuse City public Works Department at 801-825-7235 for no charge.
Bidders must obtain the Project Documents from the above location to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No paper copies will be available for purchase. Contact Syracuse Public Works for an electronic set of plans.
No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to .
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
